At Babyem, we’re on a mission to challenge the mainstream narrative in the sleep industry by empowering passionate individuals to provide responsive, gentle sleep support to families, making a profound impact on parents' lives. We are committed to ensuring that each interaction within our community is supportive and encouraging, always prioritizing genuine support over making a sale.
Our part-time Enrolment Coach role (10-15 hours per week) is designed to guide prospective students through the enrolment process for our Holistic Sleep Coaching Program. The Enrolment Coach’s primary responsibility is to connect sincerely with potential clients, understand their challenges, and inspire them to take action by enrolling in our program.
We’re looking for someone with experience in a sales or enrolment-focused role who is confident in facilitating meaningful, results-oriented enrolment conversations. Our ideal candidate is outgoing, empathetic, and skilled at helping others find the right support. Your communication style is clear, positive, and helpful.
You are a fast learner, willing to dive into our program content and marketing materials so that you fully understand what we teach and can confidently guide prospective clients.
This role offers flexible, part-time hours (10-20 hours per week), ideal for someone seeking a long-term commitment. We want a team member who will fully commit to our mission and values, rather than seeing this as a temporary role or a stepping stone to another job.
This is a work-from-home position reporting directly to the Director of Babyem. While the schedule is flexible, we expect availability during some of our core hours (9 AM – 5 PM GMT), with some evening availability (6-9 PM) preferred to accommodate international clients.
Our team is small but mighty, operating efficiently because each of us is deeply committed to the Babyem brand’s integrity. We’re looking for a like-minded person who shares this dedication. This role is not a fit for someone seeking “more hours” or a “side gig.”
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Discovery calls
- On-boarding new clients
- Administration around the enrolment process
- Building relationships with potential clients
Skills and Abilities:
- Proven experience in a sales or enrolment-focused role (preferably in a coaching, education, or service-oriented environment)
- You enjoy the sales process and are motivated by success and growth
- Outgoing and energized by learning about people’s stories—you’re comfortable handling multiple calls per day with ease
- Skilled in using social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram to connect with potential clients
- Familiar with CRM platforms (we use Active Campaign) and tech-savvy enough to quickly learn new systems
- Detail-oriented, organized, and results-driven; you’re proactive in meeting deadlines and measuring success
- Experienced at juggling multiple tasks simultaneously—you’re reliable and keep your promises
- Committed to ongoing learning and improvement, continually refining our community-building processes
- Flexible, compassionate, and team-oriented—you stay positive and focus on solutions
- Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal) with a talent for understanding client needs and addressing their core challenges
