My role:

I play an active role in patient care during preoperative, intra-operative, and post-operative:

under general, local, and topical anesthesia.

I assist surgeons according to the highest standards in the operating room.

Scrubbing for various procedures.

Providing care t o patients undergoing elective, a n d emergency surgeries across range of

specialties such a s general surgeries, laparoscopic, bariatric, plastic, ENT, gynecology,

obstetric, podiatry, minor orthopaedic (hand and foot), paediatric, urology, maxillofacial, and

minimum experophthalmic.

Communicating with patients, visitors, and all members of the MDT.

Using assessment skills to identify further care needs, and evaluate patient's health status &

documenting.

Participating as a multidisciplinary team member to provide professional patient care.

Using equipment's effectively to assess patient needs, and provide appropriate care.

laparoscopic, & breast surgeries, minimal experience in vascular, small orthopaedic (hand

and foot).

North Middlesex Hospital 2008 promotion to Band 6 as a team leader

Specialties: general surgeries including laparoscopic, breast surgeries, gynaecology,

urology, hand & foot surgeries.

Full time agency - Newham Hospital from 2009 to 2011.

Specialties: gynaecology, all general surgeries as above, urology, minor orthopaedic, TOP,

maxillary facials, obstetric, podiatry, etc.

Barts Hospital London from 2011 to 2012.

Specialities: general, maxillary facial, urology, vesicular, oncology surgeries, pain control

implants, & injections, ophthalmic surgery, etc.
