My name is Madjiguie, I am a native French nanny and I have over 15 years of professional experience with children.
I started my career at the age of 16 as a leader at the leisure center and summer camp during school holidays with children aged 3 to 17.
I had a lot of fun leading and organizing different projects such as manual activities, games and outdoor outings,
After this experience, I worked as an educational assistant in several high schools with young people aged 11 to 15. My main mission was to supervise, guide and help students with their behavior and homework.
These different experiences with children and adolescents made me want to study education.
My university studies in Paris allowed me to acquire the theoretical knowledge necessary for the proper development of children and the different stages that allow adults to flourish. I am therefore aware and concerned about the physical, psychological and emotional well-being of children. And I adapt easily to each person.
During my studies I became passionate about the subject os parent-child relationships.
My training and my different professional experiences have allowed me to easily adapt to the families for whom I have been working in London as an Nanny since October 2020.
On a daily basis, I adopt a play-based approach to learning and aim to encourage children to be independent and reach their full potential. I promote fun and stimulating learning activities to encourage the development of independence of thought and action, confidence, concentration, perseverance, problem solving, motor coordination, self-esteem and sense of responsibility in the child. I make sure to always have a positive and exemplary attitude.
In addition, I am the eldest of siblings and I have always been a help and support for my mother in the maintenance of my brothers and sisters, but also in all questions related to household management.
Lately I have been working mainly with young children (between 6 months and 3 years old) and I really enjoy taking care of them. And that's why I'm currently doing this training.
I like to cook all kinds of dishes.
I enjoy outdoor sports: Cycling, Skipping and Running (Half marathon, Marathon).
